02 Privacy policy
This website does not collect information about you. It has no forms, no cookies, no tracking or analytics tools, and no registration. The only way to share information is by sending an email yourself.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and contains no analytics or advertising tools of any kind. Every part of the site — including the fonts and the photograph — is embedded in the page itself, so your browser contacts no external service while you browse.
Technical information
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any hosting service, the servers process basic technical data — IP address, browser type and time of request — in order to deliver and secure the site. We do not use this data to identify anyone who contacts us.
Contacting us by email
When you write to clinic@galstrauss.com, what you write — including medical details — is stored in the mailbox and used solely to answer your enquiry and review the case.
- Only Dr. Strauss has access to this information.
- It is not passed to any third party, except with your explicit consent or where required by law.
- Medical information is subject to the duty of confidentiality under the Patient's Rights Law, 1996, in addition to the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981.
A suggestion: there is no need to attach a full medical file to a first email. A short description is enough, and if a consultation is appropriate we will arrange how to send the records.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries that do not lead to a consultation are kept for one year and are then deleted. You may ask for earlier deletion at any time, subject to the legal obligations governing medical records.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law you may review the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong, and ask for it to be deleted. To do so, write to clinic@galstrauss.com
This policy will be updated as needed. The date of the most recent update appears at the top of the page.
